Hallam Towers, Fulwood Sheffield

The project involved the demolition of the original Hallam Towers Hotel and redevelopment of the site to provide a new 14-storey tower with luxury apartments and 7 luxury houses.

Once demolished and the site area prepared, the contractor commenced the construction of phase 1 which is a new 14-storey tower with 101 luxury apartments, private indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, fitness suite, concierge, outside amenity spaces and fully landscaped private gardens and private car parking all within a fully gated community.

Phase 2, which is currently under construction will deliver 5 luxury detached and 2 semi-detached houses due for completion in March 2023.
