The works involved heavy refurbishments of existing areas near/adjacent to live areas, including during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Mascot were appointed as Project Manager to assist and manage the design team/contractor to minimise the time/cost delay what was occuring in January 2021.

The works included 5 main areas:

• Ward 10 refurbishment
• ENT Theatres refurbishment
• ENT Block Theatres 1, 2 & 3 at Bradford Royal Infirmary
• SDEC (Same Day Emergency Care) Ward refurbishment
• Isolation Rooms in A&E
