Mascot continue to work for a number of private developers on retail and mixed use developments in the commercial sector.

We also undertake work with owner occupiers such as St Lukes Hospice and Sheffield International Venues.

Multi storey apartments for University students and for private rent has also been a large proportion of our business in recent years.

One of our recent flagship projects has been a new £30m data centre in Slough.

Our Construction Management experience enables us to provide services for Contractors including bid management, design management and programming.
