Project Management of a new 21,000m2 Data Centre facility

Mascot Management were appointed as Project Managers and Employers Agent on the procurement and construction of a new data centre facility in Slough which was delivered on a design and build basis.

The new data centre provides a total capacity of 8,000m² of white space (2,770 cabinet equivalents) and has a total GFA of approximately 21,000m².

In order to achieve the fast track programme the team used BIM 3D modelling extensively which enabled a large amount of off-site mechanical and electrical prefabrication work to be undertaken.
