Extension to existing CAPS building, the works being undertaken while the existing facility remained fully operational.

The works were underaken as two contracts, the first building contract was for the construction of the new structural steel framed building, part three storey and part single storey to form new clean rooms for the manufacturing process, offices and warehouse facilities.

The second contract was for the specialist work in construction and commissioning of the clean rooms.
