Mascot Management have acted for Mylnhurst School, a preparatory school and nursery, for several years across many different projects.
The projects include:
Acting as Employer's Agent for new build Swimming Pool and Sports Hall. The building occupies the site of the previous swimming pool building which had come to the end of its useful life and no longer fulfilled the school's needs. Being adjacent to a Grade II listed building, the grounds of which have protected status, the building was designed to be aesthetically sympathetic with the surroundings.
Nursery and Reception; Quantity Surveying services for the demolition and replacement of the existing nursery.
Attic conversion; audit of costs incurred on the Attic Conversion works and assessment of costs to completion.
