Mascot Management were appointed by our private client Blenheim Land & Properties to provide Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer Services.
Developer Blenheim Land & Properties purchased the site and commenced with the demolition of the existing RC podium of the original Posthouse Hotel.
This exciting project comprised of 102 luxury 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and 3 penthouses on the top floor. The ground floor levels providing concierge services along with a indoor swimming pool and gymnasium with external landscaped communal gardens and covered parking.
We led the main contractor tendering and selection process agreeing the price and implementing the main contract between the parties. Mascot Management also managed the design team and the design process, ensuring multiple stakeholders were involved and had the relevant input to the scheme. Mascot Management also managed the main contractor during construction with the scheme being delivered two months ahead of the original schedule.
