Refurbishment and extension to a 1970's shopping centre.
The existing shopping centre was built in the early to mid 1970’s, consisting of ground floor mall with a multi storey car park above. The centre was refurbished and extended to provide additional retail space, an extended mall and a new anchor store at the end of the new mall for Debenhams, over 3 levels.
