A new development comprising of approximately 85,000ft2 of warehouse and production space.
The scheme comprises the construction of a new 85,000ft2 warehouse and production unit including a three storey office, a 12000ft2 mezzanine and a associated ancillary accommodation. The demolition of existing buildings and the cut/fill works to balance the substantial level difference across the site uncovered a large amount of asbestos-containing materials which had to be removed from site.
The external areas and levels of the HGV service yard had to be tied-in to the Client's existing buildings and haulage road around their site. The project is planned to be completed in Autumn 2025.
