Residential development of 1700 homes and local amenities
Mascot Management are appointed as the Project Representative on the Berry Hill development, also known as the Lindhurst Development. Mascot Management's role is to act as the projects representative on behalf of the Lindhurst Group overseeing all aspects of the development on a day to day basis.
The development is a £250million, 480-acre site being built in Mansfield. The development for north Nottinghamshire will act as an urban extension to Berry Hill, providing 1700 new homes, shops, healthcare and care home facilities.
Phase 1 being the Construction of the first 530 houses built by Avant, Barratt, Bellway and David Wilson Homes began in 2017 and were complete and fully occupied by the end of 2022.
Phase 2 is now progressing with the completion of the main infrastructure spine road and services to each plot having being completed in 2024. This will allow almost 500 new houses including affordable houses to be built. Works are expected to commence in 2025.
Phases 3 and 4 will then be developed over the next few years with further residential development and employment land being undertaken.
