Phase 2 to Hallam Towers, New build development of 7 detached luxury properties.
Mascot Management were appointed by our private client Blenheim Land & Properties to provide Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer Services.
Having completed Phase 1 Hallam Towers, Phase 2 of the scheme would see the construction and new build development of seven luxury detached houses within a fully secure and gated site sharing the facilities provided by the adjacent Hallam Towers.
We led the main contractor tendering and selection process agreeing the price and implementing the main contract between the parties. Mascot Management also managed the design team and the design process, ensuring multiple stakeholders were involved and had the relevant input to the scheme. Mascot Management also managed the main contractor during construction with the scheme being delivered one month ahead of the original schedule.
