Mascot Management were appointed by St Paul's Developments as Employers Agent on a new business park in Wath upon Dearne, Rotherham.
Brookfields Park is on the site of the old Manvers Colliery. The works comprised three contracts
- Access Road and Infrastructure works
- 175,000ft2 warehouse with offices
- 100,000ft2 print works
