New Build Bilston Health & Wellbeing Facility, City of Wolverhampton Council
Mascot Management are appointed by the City of Wolverhampton Council to provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for the creation of a new two-storey healthcare facility for the Bilston community.
This exciting project which is progressing through RIBA stage 4 sees a new build development which brings together GP practices and complimentary services into one building. The building is designed to provide a modern facility for both staff, patients and the community. It will also provide more flexibility in how services are delivered.
Arriving at the new facility the visitor shall be welcomed into a large reception area which provides an integrated approach to healthcare services maximising spatial efficiency by sharing the reception and waiting areas as well as welfare, storage and maintenance facilities resulting in a very efficient plan.
Mascot Management have been leading the design team through RIBA stage 4 technical design ensuring the design meets the Client's brief and also ensuring all NHS stakeholders are actively involved in the design development process.
