With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Sam brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to his role as a Director of Mascot Management. A chartered quantity surveyor, his career spans both the public and private sectors and has delivered schemes across several sectors including residential, multi-room, commercial, retail, industrial & engineering and healthcare.

Throughout his career, Sam has undertaken roles as Quantity Surveyor, Employer's Agent and Contract Administrator which gives him a unique perspective on delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. His breadth of knowledge and adaptable approach allow him to tailor solutions to the specific needs of each client and project.

In his spare time, Sam enjoys playing golf, hill walking and trying to keep up with his two young children.
