Paul is a Director at Mascot Management with over 25 years' experience in the construction industry. His extensive background spans both the public and private sectors, with a strong track record across a wide range of project types.

In recent years, Paul has focussed specifically on healthcare, leading several multi-million pound projects in support of NHS Trusts and is responsible for the growth and success of our healthcare services. In addition, the commercial and leisure sector, where Paul has successfully delivered numerous high-profile projects including motorway service areas, sporting arenas, and University sporting venues.

Prior to joining Mascot, Paul served as Director of Property and Estates at Barnsley College. In this role, he was responsible for the entire college estate, covering sustainability, facilities management and major capital works. His deep understanding of educational environments and the importance of early consideration for sustainability and long-term maintenance informs his approach to delivering cost-effective, future-proofed solutions.
