Jason is a Director with Mascot Management, where he leads the Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental group of the businesses. With a career built on practical delivery as well as strategic guidance, Jason combines deep technical knowledge with a passion for raising standards across the built environment and beyond.

He has delivered health and safety advisory and consulting services across a wide range of sectors, including construction, power generation, manufacturing, education, food and drink, transport, logistics and supply chain. His approach is rooted in practical site management experience, enabling him to bridge the gap between compliance, culture and delivery.

Jason is particularly focused on how safety, sustainability and innovation can work hand in hand to create projects that are not only compliant but also resilient, efficient, and future-ready. He is committed to helping clients achieve more than just meeting their obligations - but embedding health, safety and environmental leadership into the DNA of their organisations.
