An Open Tender Notice has been issued for a new light industrial development at Thurcroft-PhaseII

• Construction of 3, light industrial buildings, with associated service yards, drainage, utility supplies, landscaping etc. The buildings are to be sub-divided into 13 self-contained units, with each unit having a fully finished 2-storey office.
• The main elements of the works have been designed, including steel frames, foundations, floor slabs, drainage, office layouts and external works, including landscaping. Other elements have performance or outline specifications and are open to contractor design.
