Sheffield Head Post Office Refurbishment

Phase 1 of the Grade II listed former Head Post Office in Sheffield has been refurbished for occupation by Sheffield Hallam University's Institute of Art.

The former Head Post Office in Sheefield has lain empty since the last century but has been renovated and refurbished by Developers Capital Fitzalan Ltd and Fitzalan Square renovations LLP to create new teaching space, exhibition and display areas and ancillary space for the Institute of Art, part of Sheffield Hallam University.

Mascot acted as Tenant's Agent to check that the Developers specification was achieved and monitor programme and quality in addition to co-ordinating the direct fit out works.
