Paul is a Director at Mascot Management with over 20 years experience in the construction industry.

Formerly the Director of Property and Estates at Barnsley College, responsible for the Colleges estate including sustainability, facilities management and the major capital works.

Paul has significant experience and understanding of all aspects of Educational Buildings and the importance of considering sustainability and maintenance early in the design of buildings to ensure a long term cost effective solution.  His previous experience includes Building Surveying, Monitoring Surveying and Employers Agent services on a wide range of retail, commercial, education and health projects nationwide.
