Provincial House redevelopment

Construction of 107 bed development in Sheffield underway.

The development includes the listed Provincial House office building, extending over 5 floors and the adjacent 2 storey chapel together with the construction of three new blocks.

Mascot are appointed as Employers Agent and Principal Designer by Empiric Student Property plc.  Work commenced in May 2016 and is to be completed in August 2017.
