New CFC Trust Offices open with Chester's Den

Mascot have completed the fit out of the Pro Act Stadium East Stand for the CFC Community Trust

Mascot was appointed as Construction Managers to undertake the fit out in addition to providing the pre contract project and cost management and CDM Coordinator services.

The East Stand was just a building shell and the scope of works included new concrete floors, steelwork, upper floors, steel staircase and lift together with all the fit out including M&E installations, partitions and ceilings, joinery and floor wall and ceiling finishes.

The ground floor space provides a main reception area with an open plan coffee shop and café space which is to be open for public use. The café space also serves ‘Chesters Den’ a large Child’s play centre which is accessed through the main entrance. 

Other facilities include a classroom, gymnasium, endless pool, multi purpose area, martial arts space and offices.
