Dennis Makey
Dennis was a founder member of Mascot and is the Director responsible for Project Management services. He has a wide range of experience in Project Management, PFI and Construction Management projects.

Dennis´ experience covers a wide variety of projects and services. Most recent projects include a new Renewable Energy and Sustainable Construction Centre for Barnsley College and refurbishment projects for Sheffield Hallam University. Dennis has recently completed a PFI consultancy on Tameside Hospital (£70m) and Caernarfon Criminal Justice Centre (£12m), and project management of two major reclamation and redevelopment schemes at the former Bickershaw Colliery site near Leigh. Bickershaw South comprised the reclamation of 18 hectares to provide a mixed use scheme providing 650 homes, 1000sqm of commercial space and a 40 berth Marina together with new infrastructure. Bickershaw North was a 200 hectare reclamation scheme to bring the site into re-use as a country park and leisure facility with a golf course, activity and visitor centre with extensive landscaped areas.
Previous projects include the renovation of the Grade II 19th Century Longlands Mill at Stalybridge and conversion and alteration of the Grade II* listed Civic Institute building in Leeds to form the new City Museum.
