David Titterton

David is a Senior Quantity Surveyor and has over 30 years experience in consultancy, contracting and with the public sector.

Qualifications: MRICS

David's extensive experience includes various education, health, civils, commercial and residential schemes up to £80million in value, including: NHS Trust Hospital refurbishment under P21 (£40m) Westminster College redevelopment (£35m) Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education (£82m) University of Sheffield laboratories (£30m). Various residential schemes up to £7m. HSBC resignage programme and Specsavers Framework.   Acting as Fund's surveyor for various funding bodies. 

David is managing the surveying team using the latest CATO systems in the production of feasibility and cost reports, tender documentation, financial reports and final accounts.
