Project Audits are undertaken where projects are experiencing difficulties to ascertain the cause of the problems and recommending actions to get the project back on track. This will include a review of the status of the project in terms of design, construction, contracts, warranties etc as well as a thorough review of the systems and processes employed and interviews with all relevant parties.

When a main party to a contract falls into financial difficulties and their employment under the contract is terminated, Mascot can respond very quickly to develop a strategy for completion of the project, resolve all financial matters such as valuations, claims and payments and manage the construction process to project completion.
