Our role is to review the project, the organisation and the process rather than controlling it, and report any concerns together with proposals for rectification.

• Review of statutory consents
• Review of Project Organisation, roles and responsibilities
• Review of contract documentation and warranties
• Preparation of Initial Development Report
• Regular site inspections
• Attendance at site meetings
• Confirmation of interim certificates
• Attendance at completion inspections
• Preparation of snagging lists
