PFI
Management of the PFI process for either the Client, SPV or Contractor.

Cost Management
Cost Modelling, Cost Planning, Preparation of Tender Documents and Life Cycle Costing Services.

Health and Safety
Provision of Safety Co-ordinator and Principal Contractor Services under the CDM Regulations.
