Cost Management is a vital component of the overall project and construction management service.
Our Cost Management service complements all of our other services, but can be provided as a stand alone service. We consider Cost Management to be a vital component of a Project Manager's role to keep close control of the capital costs, the project cash flow and, for owner occupiers, the life cycle costs of the development. It is an integral part of our construction management and watching brief services.
