Oneleven Refurbishment, Sheffield

Sheffield Hallam University acquired the Oneleven office building in 2009 with a view to consolidating various administrative departments of the University into one location.

This building has previously been refurbished but further refurbishment/upgrade was required to create open plan space, to meet the requirements of the University, including:

• Cellular offices, meeting, interview and training rooms
• Communications installations
• Catering and welfare facilities
• Fixtures, fittings and furniture

The University were also looking to develop new ways of working integrating departments and providing high quality interior design and furniture solutions. 

Oneleven is seen as a key project within this vision.
