Mascot Management were initially employed by The Body Shop in order to deal with a disaster recovery scheme at their Meadowhall store following the devasting floods at the end of June 2007.

Mascot Management successfully project managed the refurbishment of their store to ensure that the shop was trading within 12 weeks of the flood, and also undertook the Quantity Surveying and CDMC roles on the project. The scheme involved ongoing liaison with both the Meadowhall Centre management and the insurers, and the shop was successfully opened in September 2007.

Since then, Mascot Management have been appointed as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors at a further 6 schemes in 2008, these involved new store fit outs at Worksop, Sheffield, Rugby, Kettering and Cirencester. Mascot also successfully managed the refurbishment of the store in Scunthorpe. Where relevant Mascot Management have also undertaken the role of CDMC on the above projects.

All of the projects that have been managed by Mascot have been successfully completed to time and budget, which reflects our ability to react and work with one of the most dynamic sectors of the construction industry.
