This project comprised the refurbishment of a 1960's multi-storey office block and adjoining 3 storey drawing office to provide 85,000sqft net lettable call centre and office space.

The project was procured by a joint venture between 722 Ltd and JF Finnegan at a building cost of £6m.

The project was completed in 9 months and included the installation of a mezzanine floor and new curtain walled elevations within the Drawing Office.

Our role as Employers Agent included contract administration and liaison with the Funds Surveyor and Letting Agents.
