Wards Court, Sheffield

Mascot Management procured and managed the fit out of our new offices in Sheffield, which form part of the old Wards Brewery Site.

The premises lie within the original offices that were part of the original brewery buildings, and had recently been refurbished by a local developer to provided an empty shell for retail use. Mascot Management had to apply for a change of use in order for the property to be converted into office accommodation.

The premises are situated over 2 floors with 3,500sqft of space, which has been converted to provide 3 units with associated communal areas. Mascot Management occupy the ground floor unit.

John Aistrop was the Construction Manager responsible for the procurement of the work packages and the installation of the entire works, which included construction of internal partitions and doors, provision of toilets and changing facilities, installation of passenger hoist, installation of new lighting, fire alarm, and air conditioning system and new floor and wall finishes throughout.

The project was completed for a budget of £80k, and the works were completed in 8 weeks to the complete satisfaction of the client!!! Mascot Management moved into their offices in early June 2006.
