K Pasa Restaurant, Sheffield

Mascot Management were initially employed to provide initial cost advice on the proposed restaurant refurbishment but were subsequently appointed to provide project management, quantity surveying and CDMC services.

The project involved structural alterations to the building and a total remodelling and refurbishment which involved constructing the new toilets, cold room and offices in the basement and a new 110 cover restaurant and kitchen at ground floor level.

The project was successfully completed to time and budget.
