Cortonwood Retail Park Phase 3

St Pauls Developments appointed Mascot Management as Project Managers and Employers Agent to provide 91,000sqft of retail space on the second phase of a trading retail park.

The project provides one unit of 50,000sqft and 4 units of circa 10,000sqft. The large unit included the fitting out of an amenity block and storage area.

The project was phased to give early access for fitting out (28 weeks) with a total programme of 33 weeks and all budget and timescale targets were met.

Fraser Scott was the Project Manager for the scheme and his role included co-ordination of the tender process, preparation of project programme, liaison with the Council and Utility Companies, liaison with the tenants on their specific requirements, advising on contract terms and warranties, administration of the build contract, liaison with fund's surveyor, chairing site meetings and arranging tenants access and handover.
