Residential Development, Bolsover Road, Sheffield

This project comprised the construcion of 14 new 2 bedroom apartments using a design and build form of contract.

Mascot Management were appointed as Employer´s Agent. We were responsible for appointing the design team, dealing with funding issues and co-ordinating the design development. We then produced the tender documents and administered the tender process. During the construction period we were responsible for administering the building contract, liaison with the fund's surveyor, chairing site meetings and arranging tenants access and handover.

The construction period was 42 weeks and the cost was £1,000,000. The project was completed on programme and within budget.
