In 2006, as part of their strategy to increase expansion in the Midlands, JTF commissioned the construction of a new cash and carry warehouse of approximately 105,000 sqft floor area under a design and build contract.

Prologis were the Developer and Norwest Holst were the Contractor. We were appointed as Project Managers by JTF. The construction period was 28 weeks plus a shopfitting period of 4 weeks, where the racking and merchandising was completed. This included a significant amount of ground remediation to a brown field site.

The project was completed on programme and within budget. Our services included liaison with the tenant on their specific requirements, advising on contract terms and warranties, liaison with contractor, fund's surveyor, site meetings and arranging tenant´s access and handover.
