Landtask Residential Sites

Mascot were appointed to provide Consultancy and Project Management services to Landtask, who as a company buy land with potential for development.

Landtask employ consultants to develop schemes obtaining planning consents to maximise site values. The projects are mainly residential with a number being commercial, with aspects of refurbishment. They vary in size from £0.5m to multi million pound mixed use schemes.

The majority of the sites  were sold on and Mascot were appionted to undertake feasibility studies to assist in determining site values.
