Associated Brain Injuries Unit, Ollerton

Mascot Management were appointed by Bikow Developments as Project Managers and Employers Agents on the design and construction of a private brain injury unit at Ollerton in Notts.

The development provides residential accommodation for people with associated brain injuries, and the necessary care assistance in order to provide a comfortable environment as part of their rehabilitation outside of hospital.

The building has 48 bedrooms with communal lounges and kitchens, as well as a recreation area and administration area for the support staff. The total value of the development was £3m, and the works were procured on a Design and Build basis. The building was opened in March 2008. 

James Foster was the Project Manager responsible for the scheme and also undertook the Employers Agent role.
