Refurbishment/fit out of 1.37Ha/3.38Ac site warehouse structure, incorporating car parking, offices and restaurant area.

In 2006, as part of JTF´s strategy to increase their commercial marketing in the north east, Mascot undertook the fit out contract of an existing warehouse (6,000sqm) on the Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate in Newcastle. Mascot were appointed as Construction Managers on this project at an estimated value of £1.85m.

The warehouse fit out was designed by NJSR Architects, based in Manchester and incorporated offices, restaurant and reception areas and other refurbishment works to bring the structure up to a commercially adoptable standard. The fit out work was carried out to an accelerated programme, over 4 weeks to suit our client´s needs and Mascot helped to achieve the stores much anticipated opening date of Friday September 1st 2006.
