Our Philosophy
Mascot Management was formed in January 2002 to provide specialist Project, Construction and Cost Management services to organisations involved at any level in the procurement of construction works.
Mascot's aim is to provide a high quality personal and professional value for money service, with emphasis on the personal service, as in our experience it is essential for successful Project Management to develop relationships with clients and teams, gain a full understanding of the business and project objectives and to provide a Manager of sufficient stature, experience and skills to command the respect of all involved.
Our philosophy is to work with rather than for our clients and to personalise and bespoke our services to address the needs of the project. We have now developed a team of 6 Project, Construction and Cost Managers to deliver these services.
Our experience covers a wide range of developments including Lottery projects, Residential, Retail Warehousing, Offices, Further Education, Leisure and Mixed Use schemes, utilising the full spectrum of procurement types — traditional, design and build, two stage tendering, construction management and PFI.
