Extra Care on line at Ellesmere Port and Middlewich

The Extra Care Housing schemes have successfully completed at Ellesmere Port and Middlewich, providing a further 142 apartments on behalf of Avantage.

Mascot are currently working as the Employers Representative on the construction of 433 units, that have been procured under the Cheshire County Council Extra Care PFI scheme. Avantage are the SPV that have been contracted to construct and operate the buildings for a period of 30 years. The schemes comprise of quality accommodation for the elderly, along with onsite facilities such as a restaurant gymnasium and private gardens.

The remaining 2 schemes are due to complete in Winsford and Crewe in June and July of this year.
