Mascot appointed as Construction Managers on Riber Castle

Mascot have been appointed Construction Managers for the transformation of Riber Castle in Matlock, into 26 Apartments which will provide the best views in Derbyshire.

Riber Castle in Matlock, Derbyshire has had a chequered history of late but the old ruins are now being converted into 26 apartments. Mascot have been appointed as Project and Construction Managers and have just completed the ecology mitigation work enabling the building works to commence. This is the first phase of the project with refurbishment of the Outbuildings to follow and a final phase comprising new build housing in part of the grounds.
