University of Sheffield - First Construction Management Project

The University of Sheffield has appointed Mascot as Construction Managers for the remodelling and refurbishment of the Geography and Planning Faculties at Winter Street.

On their first project using the Construction Management form of procurement, the University of Sheffield have appointed Mascot as their Construction Managers.   Mascot have been appointed on the first phase of the remodelling and refurbishment of the Winter Street Building occupied by the departments of Geography and Town and Regional Planning.

Work started on site September 09 aiming for completion of the first phase by Christmas 09!
