Rob Palmer

Rob is a Director at Mascot responsible for the delivery of our Construction Management services. Rob's experience includes Project and Construction Management, CDM Co-ordinator, Employers Agent and Watching Brief services.

Qualifications: MRICS, MAPM, BSc

Rob's experience covers a wide variety of projects and services. Most recent projects include two project management and construction management commissions for Sterecycle at Rotherham, a domestic waste recycling facility and several CDM Co-ordinator commissions for Wilson Bowden.

In addition to this Rob has managed a variety of residential schemes (£1m to £3m) and was Project Manager on a land decontamination, remediation and landscaping scheme on the site of a disused chemical plant to create a 25 hectare development platform for sports and recreation facilities, wildlife areas and public open space.

Previous construction management projects include two call centre projects for the Halifax Building Society and a store refurbishment for Asda. Previous project management projects include the new visitors centre within the grounds of Whitby Abbey for English Heritage and construction of a large training, computer and call centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
