Darren Croxton

Darren has extensive project experience having managed a wide range of projects undertaking the roles of Project and Construction Manager, Programme Manager and Employers Agent. Recent experience includes project management of Education and PFI projects.

Darren has been the Project Manager for a number of schemes for the University of Sheffield including the refurbishment of a listed building and new build annex for the Department of Music, value £6m, a new purpose built Research Centre for Social Sciences, value £5.5m, the Sheffield BioIncubator, value £6m and a new iconic office building for the Departments of Languages, English and History.

Darren's PFI experience includes acting as Bid Manager for Wilson Bowden on their successful project for the Immigration and Nationality Directorate for the Home Office in Sheffield, value £20m.

He has acted as Employer's Agent on both Leeds and Bradford Academies, value £14m each and Fund's Surveyor on Hillsborough College, value £14m.

Darren also has extensive construction management experience working on projects such as The Showroom Bar, value £1m, Disaster Recovery Centre, value £6m, SWFC Hillsborough, value £1m and Telehotels in Munich, value £20m and Paris, value £30m.
